Novarlo operates in a highly competitive PPE and workwear market, where many suppliers sell similar products and customers can often find the same gear elsewhere. The challenge was to build a brand that did not rely on product alone. Novarlo needed to stand for something more meaningful than range, speed, or price.

We helped define Novarlo as an experience-led brand built around customer care, service, and the people behind the business. The idea of being “100% in” gave the brand a clear external promise and an internal standard for the team. It helped shape the messaging, identity, launch communications, and ecommerce experience, giving Novarlo a stronger voice in a same-same category.
