Novarlo was the result of the merger of X1 Safety and Metron, creating a new brand which is greater than the sum of its parts. Agreeing on how best to communicate that took time, as there were a lot of stakeholders and people we needed to engage. We worked with them to develop a high-energy brand that reflects the company’s focus on its clients, and which is ready to take on more!

After finalizing the brand’s visual identity, we focused on refining brand communications to make sure they aligned with the updated brand strategy and identity. This included developing a range of communication assets for the brand launch, such as social media content and EDM campaigns. This wasn’t just a typical brand launch as both previous businesses were well established, and nobody likes change!
Our task was to clearly convey the benefits of the rebrand, explain any operational changes, and highlight the enhanced product offerings to key stakeholders; past and existing customers, suppliers, and potential clients. We ensured this messaging was tailored to each audience segment and delivered across all relevant touchpoints - emails, social media channels, and other platforms they regularly engage with in their day-to-day activities.

With the goal of helping American farmers work smarter, Agrituf’s tillage parts deliver longer wear life and outperform competitors for some of the hardest working implements in the toughest conditions.
Backed by our market research, our team worked with theirs to fine-tune the company’s email marketing and sales collateral. We identified the most powerful market channels, and developed creative, and a giveaway campaign that attracted sales and reinforced Agrituf’s quality message. The result was a stronger, more unified brand, and increased market presence amongst both dealers and farmers.

As our clients at Arlo Performance told us at the get-go, “Why waste time talking about fun stuff like branding, digital, or marketing if the business can't afford it or sustain healthy cash flow? Keeping the books in order and knowing where you stand financially – that’s the foundation of every business.”
But, as they know, bookkeeping is not something everyone wants to talk or even think about. It’s a tough sell. And, as they admit, a bit boring. At the same time, our job was to help them (and other businesses) by sharing their financial expertise, knowledge and systems across Detroit and Michigan.
Our initial market research was followed by support delivering product offering and pricing structure, service productization development, and enhancing their online presence and collateral. It’s given the company a distinctive, memorable look, helped them communicate really effectively what they deliver and, importantly, what they can do to help sagging bottom lines across the Great Lakes region.

Their General Manager approached our team to help align internal and external communications. This involved market research, sales support and a re-designed company profile including imagery and content that would better express the company’s energy and extensive capabilities.
At the heart of this was a theme we chose - “Fuel the Fire.” The concept was simple yet powerful: it resonated with the team’s determination and drive, fostering connection, fun, and a shared goal of delivering high-quality results and reaching their full growth potential. We’re sure they can make it.
