Agrituf sells high-performance agricultural wear parts in the North American market through a distributor and dealer network. The challenge was that the people who mattered most — farmers — were often several steps removed from the brand. In a practical, product-led category, Agrituf needed to do more than talk about durability and performance.

We helped Agrituf build its strategy, messaging, and brand expression around the people at the heart of the market. The work focused on understanding farmers, respecting the pressure they are under, and building a brand story that connected product strength with farmer resilience.
